New Items purchased from Russ' Camera and Video always come with the full Manufacturers "American" warranty which also includes international coverage for items delivered within the United States. It is typically one (1) year from date of purchase, but the period may vary depending on the item. We do not stock or sell "grey market" items which typically come with inferior warranties, and which often have important accessories missing from their packaging. You can exercise coverage under your product's warranty by either sending it directly to the Manufacturer's repair center nearest you, or by sending the item to us for handling. We're always happy to help!
Used items purchased from Russ' Camera and Video are guaranteed to be in good working order for a period of thirty (30) days from when you receive the item. Under this warranty; if an item proves to be defective, you can return it to us for evaluation and service at our service facility. We will; at our option, either repair the item at our expense and return it to you; offer you another similiar item at the same or adjusted price, or refund the price paid. If one of the above mentioned solutions is favorable to you; we will try our best to accomodate you. There may be some exceptions to this policy which will be clearly noted in our used listings; such as consigned items which are sold strictly as-is with no warranty or return priviledge.
New Items purchased from Russ' Camera and Video can be returned for a full refund (except shipping charges) within ten (10) days from the date when you receive the item. In addition to the 10 day refund period, there is a thirty (30) day period within which a new item can be returned for full credit towards another purchase...which may be made at either the same time or in the future. However; please note that for either of these return priveldges to be excercised, you need to e-mail us to obtain a RGA number. We also require that the merchandise be in the same condition as it was when sold to you (un-used), in it's original packaging, and with all instructions and blank warranty card enclosed. Shipping of the returned item(s) should be fully insured and will be at your expense.
Used Equipment
Used items purchased from Russ' Camera and Video can be returned for
